In this role you will
岗位职则
- Brainstorm and write game distribution/promotional video scripts relating to our games and IPs for multiple platforms.
- Participate in content development and scriptwriting for our original animated projects based on the demands/trends of the Chinese market.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure the proper direction of video content.
- Coordinate with producers and external writers to ensure scripts conform to brand guidelines.
- Deliver written materials based on briefs.
- 针对我们的游戏和IP，策划并撰写适于不同平台发布的宣发视频脚本。
- 根据中国市场的需求及趋势，参与原创动画项目的内容开发和剧本撰写。
- 与不同部门合作，确保视频内容的正确方向。
- 与制片人和外部编剧协作，确保脚本符合品牌准则。
- 根据需求简报撰写其他文档材料。
What we’re looking for
要求技能
- Strong scriptwriting skills, a solid sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to convey comedy and fun in written form.
- Good understanding of and the ability to draw on trends in contemporary online video narrative style and storytelling.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented working style and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high quality materials to deadline.
- Proactive and collaborative approach, with a positive, make-it-happen attitude.
- Ability to use (or quickly learn) collaborative tools/programs, such as Google Drive and Smartsheet etc.
- 具备较强的剧本写作能力和扎实的视觉叙事思维，能够以书面形式传达幽默和趣味。
- 对当下流行的网络视频风格和叙事方式有良好的理解和利用。
- 沟通能力强，英语流利（包括书面和口语）。

- 自主能力强，善于团队合作、有积极负责的工作态度。
- 能够使用（或快速学习）协同工具/软件，如Google Drive和Smartsheet等等。
Your experience
经验
- At least 2 years of experience in scriptwriting (TV, digital, commercial, freelancing, etc.).
- Experience with various video distribution channels in China.
- Portfolio of (or links to) creative writing samples or other written materials are preferred.
- Background in marketing, gaming, or animation is a big plus.
- 2年或以上的剧本写作经验（电视、网络、商业广告、或自由编剧等）。
- 具备不同中国视频发布渠道的相关经验。
- 附带近期作品（或链接）者优先。
- 有市场营销、游戏或动画行业背景者优先。
